lighting backfires.

- CREW 1:
- Cutting fireline around Placer Fire Center.
- Trail clearing at Rattlesnake Bar.
- Soil erosion control along the American River and parts of the Placer Fire Center water
supply system.
- Repair work of the open air septic settling ponds (Miss Placer) including sealing the
ground and plumbing work.
- Tree planting in Bluebird Canyon.
- Pine cone picking in the Tahoe National Forest.
- Maintenance and upkeep of the Placer County Fairgrounds.
- Reclamation and rehabilitation of the old trash dump site on Placer Fire Center grounds.
- Pool maintenance Colfax Community Center.

- CREW 3:
- Building the play child play area, the restrooms, the maintenance garage, the bridge
over the creek and the pond at Ashford Park.
- Building covered picnic areas at both Recreation Park and Ashford Park.
- Building maintenance at DeWitt Center.
- Complete outer historic building renovation / restoration on the old Placer County
Womens Center Victorian House in Old Town Auburn.
- Maintenance and upkeep on the Placer County Fairgrounds.
- Rebuilt and restored a bridge at Rattlesnake Bar, Folsom Lake.
- Painted the exterior of every building at Placer Fire Center.
- Built the greenhouse at Placer Fire Center.
- Built the picnic area, gazabo and firepit at Placer Fire Center.
- Building maintnenance at Auburn-Ravine CDF Fire Station.

- In addition to the PSCW I also fought forest fires, wildland fires and grass fires from
Mexico to Oregon and the Pacific Ocean to the Nevada boarder.
- I participated in the MedFly prevention efforts by stripping fruit trees in the San Jose
and Santa Clara area.
