The attached is a scan of one of the original patches made in Australia in
1957.  It was made from a likeness drawn by Ray Hall.....who is not on line. 
Ray used to create one cartoon a day and post it at midnight.  Most people
crowded 'round just to see them.  These cartoons today, as far as I know, are
under the protection of the library in the Museum of Naval Aviation in
Pensacola, FL.  Ken Snyder (Research Department) would know where they are
located.
